Passion Conference 2016


So I'm just gonna post a lot of random pictures and you'll get the idea of what the weekend was like at the Passion Conference in Atlanta, Georgia at the Phillips Arena.

To sit in an arena that was completely full of 20,000 18-25 year olds who wanted more of Jesus and all worshipping together was seriously an amazing experience. I'm not gonna lie, I'm sure there were people there who went just to go to an event because there was awesome music, or because there was nothing else to do that weekend or some other random reason. But I did meet some very passionate and sincere people who just wanted more of God. And it so blessed me! Just to see that so many other young people desire to know more about Jesus and want a deeper relationship with Him!
We prayed.

So yeah, those pictures where all jumbled up and not in the order of how everything went, but I know you get the picture of what all went down. I could have posted more, but, well, I think that is enough for now.

I'm just going to testify to the fact that Jesus touched my life in a major way that weekend. Nothing super dramatic. Only, a gentle touch and a deeper revelation of who He is. 
His grace towards me and you is so very real. His mercy blows me away! His extravagant love for you and for me brings tears to my eyes just thinking about it. Have you experienced it? And I mean that legitimately. Have you come to the place in your life where you know the only thing you need is more of Jesus?
And then you surrender yourself and let Him do His thing in and through your life. He works on you and shapes you to become the person He created you to be and become. 

Let me tell you that when you do that, when you let Jesus take control, change happens. It really truly does.

Oh and just for anyone who is curious as to if I would recommend this event to anyone? 
YES!!! Yes I so totally do recommend that you go! If you ever have the chance to anyway.

I've been asking myself this question...Why are people just so negative? I don't have the answer for that.  I can only look at my life and wonder why I am just super negative sometimes. Yes. Don't Stop Searching For Your Beloved (Jesus)

So....It's been a while since I've blogged. Life happened. It's like you think you have a busy life and then all of a sudden you're twice as busy as before!! :) There are not enough hours in a day anymore to do everything! But, I decided to take a minute to share what's on my heart today. So what is on my heart? A lot. And now I can feel you staring at me. :) Last weekend I had the privilege once again to do "Light Of Hope's" Prison Crusade. I went in as a singing team with my siblings and a few friends. And yes, we had an amazing time! We all left feeling so blessed. (I'm sure I can speak for the others on that.) Authority through Jesus

So Easter is coming up in a few days, and I've been thinking about the resurrection of the Savior. You know, we hear a lot about Jesus dying on the cross and then we also hear a lot about the resurrection of Christ. But one thing we don't seem to hear too much about is the time in between those two events. The part where he went down to hell. The part were Christ rendered the grave, ransacked hell, defeated and conquered the devil. He took those keys to death, hell and the grave to be victorious of that when He rose from the grave. So as believers to know that Jesus has paid that price for us, and that us believing in Him, not only do we have access to heaven, but we have authority over the enemy because of Jesus' death on the cross.
